Our Vision

To work closely with community groups and other health care agencies in
promote a strong relationship between the centre and the community as well
as active participation of family members, volunteers and our staff;

To participate in
community programs and services related to Mental Health, Alzheimer's,
Palliative Care and other related programs and services;

To evaluate the health care needs in the
community, in collaboration with our community partners, we will ensure
all residents receive appropriate placement for required care and services.
